Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how estakada99 (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use e99.live and related contact channels. We are a community radio station based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Who is responsible

estakada99 is the controller of personal data processed through this website and the email address above, unless a third-party service acts as its own controller (for example when you donate on Patreon, PayPal, Stripe, or Contribee).

What this site does

e99.live lets you listen to our live stream, browse the schedule, residents, blog, and SoundCloud archive, and find ways to support the station. You do not need an account to use the site.

Data we process

Technical logs. When you visit the site or stream audio, our hosting and stream providers may process IP address, browser or device information, approximate location derived from IP, requested URLs, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and debug the service (legitimate interests / providing the service you requested).
Email. If you write to us (for example via Contacts), we process the content of your message and your email address to reply. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose.
Donations. Support links on Donate go to third-party platforms (Patreon, Contribee, PayPal, Stripe). Those platforms process your payment and account data under their own privacy policies. We may receive your name, email, or donation amount from them if they share that with creators.
Content on the site. Pages and posts are served from our CMS. Public resident and show information is editorial content, not a private profile system for listeners.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use first-party analytics or advertising cookies on e99.live. The site is built to work without a marketing tracker.

Some features load third-party players or embeds (for example SoundCloud for archive playback, or YouTube / Spotify if embedded in CMS content). Those providers may set their own cookies or use similar technologies when their content loads. Their processing is governed by their policies. If we add non-essential first-party cookies or analytics later, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required.

Who we share data with

We use processors and service providers to run the station online, including:

Website hosting / CDN (Cloudflare Workers)
CMS hosting for cms.e99.live (WordPress)
Live stream and schedule systems (LibreTime / stream host)
Archive audio via SoundCloud
Donation platforms you choose to use

We do not sell personal data. We share data only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, or protect the station and our listeners.

How long we keep data

Server and stream logs are kept according to each provider’s retention settings and our operational needs (typically short-lived, unless needed for security). Emails are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Donation records held by payment platforms follow those platforms’ rules.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) or another EU supervisory authority.

Children

The site is a general-audience radio service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for accounts or marketing. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this policy when our practices or providers change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you have seen the revised notice.
